五月花酒家的菜色和點心都不錯，但茶市有個很大的缺點，希望該酒家能改正。我去過Union City和Milpitas的五月花酒家飲茶，這兩間酒家除了用點心車推的點心有蓋子蓋著外，還有很多點心是以人手托著盤子拿出來的，這些點心都沒有蓋子，這些服務員一邊在餐廳繞行，一邊大聲叫著點心的名稱，這時，會有很多肉眼不容易察覺的唾沫星子飛灑在點心上，很容易傳播各種疾病。這種不講衛生的落后推銷手法，在大陸的餐廳都已經看不到，但想不到在美國還有。期望下次再到五月花飲茶時，能看到所有的點心都有蓋子。 |

The food in china dragon is really tasty, the price is rather decent, the atmosphere in there is rather pretty. Their service is really good too! |

Great BBQ platter, crab meat soup and house hot sauce. Interesting purple rice dessert. Slow & cold services; too much gravy on the veggies with dirty looking roots and a piece tasted bitter; YangChow fried rice looked like mixed rice instead of fried [there were so many white color rice balls within the fried rice]; green onion beef was flooded with oil. We had to remind the waiters to get some of the dishes we ordered. Only one waiter looked like willing to provide friendly services. Some dishes are over-priced. |

听朋友說，新開張的Union City 五月花餐廳的菜色、味道很好，上上星期我們全家人去嘗鮮試新，的确不错。就接連又去了几次. 可惜因為食客太多，太過擁擠. '咸蛋黃焗大蟹'我很喜歡,很別致. |
